Abhikalan, The Society of Computer Science conducted a workshop on “Embroid” on 25 October, 2016. Embroid is combination of Embedded System & Android. With Embroid technology, you can connect your home appliances such as fridge, AC with smart phones.
Mr. Nitish Bhardwaj from Ducat, Noida delivered this workshop on Emborid. He also discussed various basic concepts about Microprocessor, Microcontroller and use of relay.
Mr. Nitish also gave so many project ideas on automation using Arduino, Raspberry Pi and demonstrated a live project on “Automation of Home Appliances with Android” to the students.
Final year students asked so many questions about their projects.

Abhikalan , The Society of Computer Science under Radha Govind Group of Institutions, Meerut organized a workshop on HTML and CSS for the students of B.Tech on 14 October, 2016 at FOSS LAB-01 First Floor.
Everything you see in a website is a result of the combination of HTML and CSS. With these two languages, you will have the skills you need to bring your website design to life with this motive workshop was conducted by the students of B.TECH CS (3rd Year) namely:Abhishek Garg, Shailesh Sharma, Ankur, Vishal Tomer, Vibhu Shukla, Shubham Tyagi, Yashi Goel, Tulika Sharma, Rashi Sharma, Priya Tiwari, Divya Singh, Jyoti Vihan, Vaishali Sharma, Pooja Sagar and Manisha.
The workshop concluded with the prize distribution ceremony by Dr. P.K Singh, Director RGGI and Dr. Tarun Kumar Gupta, HOD, M.Tech CS Deptt.Mr. Jay Kumar (President of Abhikalan Society) motivated the students to keep conducting such educational activities in future with full enthusiasm and for others the message was to be the part of such activities for improving their skills.
Finally, vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Vijaya Singh (Asst. Prof. CS Deptt.).

Abhikalan, The Society of Computer Science conducted a workshop on “git”. Mr. Abhishek Garg from B.Tech CS Third Year delivered the workshop on 7 October, 2016 at FOSS Lab-01, 1.20 PM.
Git is a free and open source distributed version control system designed to handle everything from small to very large projects with speed and efficiency.
Radha Govind Group of Institutions has organized a workshop on Ethical Hacking & Cyber Security in collaboration with National Institute of Advance Computer Education (NIACE) at Seminar Hall-01 First Floor.
This workshop was open for all the students of B.Tech,MBA & MCA .faculty members were also present from different departments. In this workshop students were introduced with different techniques of hacking by Mr. Manish Kumar & Mr. Jitendra Kumar. Students were enjoying the whole session with full zest & zeal. The session ended with quiz conducted by NIACE and vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Jay Kumar (HOD, CS Department).
